WARING!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT LABORATOTY
I have been there on Monday, January 09, 2023 (less than a week ago) to get some blood work done. I have been treated with disrespect, even "insulted" by the lady responsible for drawing blood from patients for lab tests. An ANGRY woman in her thirties/forties, who was busier with her phone more than with patients. She had her headphones on all the time enjoying while working (apparently enjoying her music, LMAOL).
As she wanted to take my blood sample. She asked me (with her sad face) to hold a fist in a very angry tone. After she was done, she asked me (again) to hold the cotton so she can put a tape on it. She stated in a very rude manner ¨CHADDE HNA ¨ with no professionalism at all. I regret to have interacted with that laboratory. I paid more than 1500 DHs (mille cinq cents) to be treated badly by that lady. She was working on Monday, Jan 09, 2023, around 1:00 P.M. (According to her, her name is: KxxxxA)
She did not seem to care AT ALL about how negatively her unprofessional behavior affects her victims as well as the business taking place in that building. I am still wondering whether she has received some kind of training or at least some basic instructions on how to interact with people. TOO BAD!
Dr. Nejjar, you need to act immediately to protect your business.
